Qualtrics Services Operations (QSO) is a new organization of a Shared Services nature that will allow Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of its post-sales and research services.

As the best practice of Shared Services within SAP lays in the Global Finance & Administration board area, the new QSO organization will be based within the organizational structure of the SAP Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS).

Therefore, the below role will report to GFSS while being based in the Shared Services Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Within QSO, the Qualtrics Research Services Project Manager will launch, monitor, and close Qualtrics Research Services projects of all kinds on behalf of Qualtrics clients.


The QSO Qualtrics Research Services Project Management Team delivers insightful experience management XM data when Qualtrics clients want to design and improve experiences, often for populations that they don't have direct access to.

As a project manager, you will lead research services projects and ensure that client expectations and project deadlines are met.

You will be a link between Sales teams, Delivery teams, and the client. You will also manage vendors, participate in troubleshooting, and help Qualtrics to develop and foster strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Qualtrics functionality
  • Setting up survey projects in the Qualtrics platform
  • Reviewing and testing these surveys
  • Sending the survey to potential participants
  • Ensuring that survey programming is working as anticipated
  • Monitoring the collection of responses
  • Ensuring data quality using company s proprietary methodology
  • Participating in project debriefs
  • Handle client queries

  • Successfully completed University Degree (min. bachelor’s degree)
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer focus & business acumen
  • Well organized while acting with a high degree of service-orientation
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Be a fast learner and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive mind-set and a strong ability to network
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required
  • Multitasking and excellent time management (to be able to balance different client projects at the same time)

  • Prior experience with technical and / or start up environment
