Intel is seeking an experienced data-driven marketing professional. The Relationship & Demand Gen Specialist will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of demand generation and relationship lead nurturing programs.
A successful candidate will have a focus on data-driven decisions and optimizations for generating qualified leads and campaigns that drive awareness.
Execute demand generation campaigns across different digital channels.
You will contribute with the following responsibilities, but not limited to :
Develop and drive strategy and execution for Intel’s customers and partners.
Track and report on performance metrics.
Work with marketing operations on metrics and reporting
Apply data-driven approaches
Deliver amazing customer experiences
Build cohesive, holistic programs that deploy tailored experiences at the right time, through the right channel, to the right people
Create and execute key integrated marketing campaigns to support company objectives around brand awareness
Define campaign objectives, target audiences, personas, and strategies to identity the optimum marketing mix of assets, events, and media
Providing position leadership and insights, supporting the company and marketing strategic objectives.
Determine and plan highly targeted, integrated programs by leveraging all marketing channels
Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal campaign and tactic mix based on engagement, customer need, persona, industry, signals, and usage data.
Leverage data, insights, and nurture expertise to inform strategies and guide the planning, development and execution of integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and brand & product loyalty.
Identify new opportunities from market trends and analytics that will have a measurable and transformative impact on the business and build out a POV for the company.
Proactively communicate with internal partners about progress, deliverables, roadblocks and results.
Develop and publish a campaign calendar to facilitate planning, manage workloads, eliminate conflicts, and ensure optimal customer experience
Facilitate and build relationships with social networks and anticipate changes.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and / or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
BA / BS degree required
Languages - Fluent in Spanish, English & Portuguese
5+ years of demand generation experience preferably within technology industry
3+ years of experience with :
Integrated marketing principles, practices, and account-based marketing strategy
Operating an excel at strategic as well as tactical levels.
All facets of the buyer journey, across different personas throughout the marketing & sales funnel.
Marketing technologies like Marketo, Salesforce, and more.
Working on and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in technology preferred
Understanding of end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement
