Role Summary :

Develop of engineering control panels drawings / documents. These panels will be mainly PLC based, but also will include monitoring systems, general electronic devices and relay logic based panels.

Panels must be designed according to the Oil&Gas industry standars (NEC, IEC, ATEX, etc). Special considerations must taken for panels located at hazardous locations and the related protection methods (UL)

Availability to support technically the design and attend final user questions / comments / clarifications

Availability to support technically (from factory) the commissioning and start-up stage for each project

Basic knowledge about PLC programming / configurations

Responsibilities & Requirements : - Develop the necessary drawings and detailed instructions for the manufacture of customised and / or "custom-engineered" components and products, including conducting performance / costs / delivery time negotiations

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Ensuring technical compliance with job requirements

Meet project deadlines for engineering documentation and collect first release approval

Ensure customer satisfaction, accuracy and timeliness of customer documentation

Provide documentation for rework in agreed cycles to obtain approvals

Provide non-conformance resolution reports on issues relating to contract or customer specifications

Preferred Experience / Skills :

Electronic / electromechanic, mechatronic engineer with 2 year on similar task

Knowledge of Autocad and other engineering design tools

Knowledge of industrial instrumentation, monitoring systems and control systems

Knowledge of Oil&Gas environments (hazardous locations)

Must be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
