We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, an outstanding visionary and practitioner to lead and implement the overall Digital transformation efforts across Latin America, for the Industrial Sector.
He / she would develop a marketing strategy and execute Digital programs which drive exponential value for our customers by ensuring that our emerging Digital capabilities are married with our traditional strengths in science and service to deliver accelerated growth.

What You Will Do :
Develop and execute Digital marketing strategies, roadmaps and plans which deliver winning solutions and accelerated sales and profit growth.
Work directly with our marketing and business leaders to ensure that our Digital strategies are well grounded in deep market, customer and competitive insights.
Build / manage and prioritize the Digital portfolio and represent Latin America in the global steering team.
Implement the global programs that integrate existing chemistries, equipment, and services with Digital capabilities to deliver a coherent, compelling, and highly differentiated value proposition.
Based on a thorough understanding of customers' value drivers, ensure appropriate segmentation, positioning, pricing, and pitching of Digital offerings.
Explore and deploy new value capture models that monetize Digital solutions and create new revenue streams for sustainable financial success, across the region and industries.
Optimize and integrate existing Digital tools, identify current regional Digital field enablement gaps, and work with the global business readiness leaders and associated teams to develop Digital solutions to provide leading-edge capabilities to our field sales for both analytics and reporting
Ensure superior change management to drive strong external customer and internal sales / marketing adoption of all Digital marketing capabilities and tools.
Ensure robust support plans to allow rapid adoption.
Develop playbook for successful deployment of Digital offerings in alignment with business and technical teams.
Own and develop the regional launch plan for digital offerings. Execute all phases of the plan training, communication, change leadership & account on-boarding.
Measure success by completing the Business Readiness checklist, the Customer Success scorecard, and the final Business Evaluation.
Build the digital mindset, skillset, and toolset of field Reps by communicating, training, and inspiring the field to embrace and implement digital tools in the management of their customers and prospects.
Track use and uptake of ECOLAB3D and digital tools across the sales force.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support business needs, goals and objectives.
Build Digital marketing capabilities throughout the region
Develop and nurture quality partnerships between and across all Ecolab divisions, and utilize those relationships to enhance our global programs and value proposition.
Work with the key sales leaders across Latin America to support primarily Corporate Account Enterprise Digital programs and to enable our local sales team on the right training and tools to optimize Digital capabilities to maximize their daily work and overall customer-interfacing capabilities.
Position Details :
Candidate must reside in Latin America, preferably in Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Buenos Aires or Santiago, but it’s not limited to these.
Minimum Qualifications :
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise and experience in Digital strategy, innovation and execution. Experience in a well-regarded global industrial B2B company that has leveraged Digital solutions (internal and customer-facing) to gain competitive advantage is strongly preferred.
Specific qualifications include :
Bachelor's Degree. An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of strategy, marketing or sales, & Digital marketing experience as well as a proven track record of working closely with senior leadership and global accountability.
Demonstrated experience and success in strategizing and innovating in the commercial Digital space, spanning customer-facing applications, e-commerce, and mobile with cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams across matrix organizations
Strong business acumen, including familiarity with a range of value capture and monetization models.
Experience in Digital marketing organization and team design, cross-functional collaboration, governance and sponsorship models.
Familiarity with agile processes and techniques to test, learn and build solutions that deliver on business requirements.
Experience developing budgets and forecasts to support business needs, goals and objectives.
