Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Senior Data Analyst on the Data & Marketing Sciences team at R / GA :
On any given day you might
Develop measurement plans in conjunction with strategy team and the use of Analytics tools.
Develop and track specific KPIs tied to business objectives.
Supports analysts translate business needs into actionable insights.
Streamline data between multiple data sources.
Implement analytics and paid media tags on websites / apps according to predefined measurements frameworks.
Maintain data consistency across different data sources and QA for potential issues.
The ideal person
Strong background in experience measurement and testing (site or microsite, app, social and digital media)
Loves data and has strong analytical skills
Is a proactive and resourceful problem solver
Has excellent written and oral communication skills
Is eager to help people understand business needs through data
Has experience developing ad-hoc Data measurement frameworks
Enjoys working with cross-functional teams
Is up to date with upcoming measurement and tracking trends in the industry (eg. alternatives to cookie tracking, etc...)
Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPC, CCPA, COPPA, etc )
4+ years of experience in a related role (working with data, developing measurement frameworks, and articulating data-driven approaches to problem-solving / strategy)
Advanced skills on site & app tagging (GTM, Adobe Launch) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Firebase, Appsflyer, Segment)
Being Fluent in English
Some knowledge on Paid media and digital marketing (Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO, Ad-Serving, Paid Social, etc)
Experience supporting growth experiments through A / B testing and other methodologies.
A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, social sciences, engineering or related.
