    How you will contribute to our magical experience?

    Our Design Manager will have the opportunity to lead the regional strategy for Hardlines (Toys, Food Health, Beauty & Pets and Stationery) and Softlines (Fashion and Home) developments within our Product Development team.

  • We are a complex structure where 10 agencies across CSA (Central & South American countries) design and approve products for our diverse franchises, targets and markets;
  • together with our licensees. This role also connects directly with our CSA commercial team. Our PD team inspires, trains and collaborates with these partners in order to ensure storytelling, global trends, quality & overall alignment with global PD pillars.

    The Design Manager will be responsible for :

  • Hardlines and Softlines Product Development strategy for CSA.
  • Product trend forecasting and market analysis.
  • Product category training decks.
  • Product pitches for new businesses and opportunistic white spaces.
  • Regional projects product development and approvals.
  • What we need from you be part of this story :

  • Possess 5-6 years of experience in in industry related positions or expertise (licensing, merchandising, toys, fashion, etc.)
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent : Graphic Designer.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating through complex matrix environments.
  • Leadership & team management.
  • Credible, proactive and trusted thought-partner who has built relationships and delivered results.
  • Advanced English is necessary.
  • Available for a temporary position (eight months).
