Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Executive Assistant R / GA :

We are looking for :

  • A person who has experience supporting C-Level Executives. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • A person who serves as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the VP including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.

  • A person who works closely with the VP to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Act as a "barometer", having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the VP updated.

  • Provide complex calendar management to ensure the VP s schedule is followed and respected.
  • Handle all VP s travel arrangements in alignment with R / GA travel policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist with special research assignments.
  • Process business related expenses.
  • Liaise with Executive Assistants in other offices / locations on projects and tasks.
  • Anticipates executive and agency needs.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Exercises good judgment, tact, and patience in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Has outstanding written and oral communication skills.

  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • You bring

  • Strong work tenure : 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, Senior Executives, Staff and Clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office and Google suite.
  • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Experience in presentations design is a plus.
  • Experience with Concur platform.
