null In this role, you have the opportunity to : Be is actively supporting the markets by orchestrating the campaign and always-on of all in-hub activities leading to increased performance.

His / her focus is on campaign performance management of hub activities and ongoing performance reporting consulting on behalf of the market.

You are responsible for + Co-lead Investments along with Marketing Managers and Key Sales Managers, optimizing A&P budget to translate category goals into an activation strategy and implementation among Philips Store and Customers.

  • Make sure that the digital communication through the year is consistent from what has been expected on results.+ Be a contact point between Philips commercial team and the digital teams at dealers, ensuring good deals and an effective cooperative campaign and achieving the most profitable ROI as possible.
  • Analyze the purchasing behavior of the consumer online on the dealers in different digital channels and come up with a solution to increase sales and ROAS+ Identify new purchase digital trends to develop a new tool to support Philips Sales within dealers to enhance more visibility, exposure, and relevance of Philips Brand against the competitors+ Develop continuous improvement on product's content and create a new strategy to increase the relevancy on SEM+ Identify commercial opportunities ensuring maximization of revenue via B2C online Sales Channels through dealers and D2C initiatives.
  • Ensure a good communication flow between the third part agencies and the marketing managers, leading the projects, gathering follow ups and making sure everything is on track, for Advertising, PR, CRM with co-workers that lead it.
  • Ensure SEO techniques on Philips Store environment to optimize Philips Site rank on searches engines sites. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience + Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with managing digital and CRM activities+ Expertise in CRM platforms, Medias, Tech Tools, engagement and E-Commerce business development+ Expertise in digital marketing, main medias to activate and speed up the sales and Analytics.
  • Experience working very closely with Insights and Analytics teams+ Cultivates Innovation and is a change agent to drive the digital and agile transformation+ Strong, senior negotiation skills+ Tech / Digital knowledge+ Builds Network+ Action Oriented and data driven+ Strategic Mindset Why should you join Philips?
