WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Talent Coordinator will be an integral member of the Spanish South America (SSA) People Team while supporting business objectives of the region and growth of the Consulting team through the execution of Staffing, Career Development and HR processes.

Staffing

  • Case Economics Management Work with other HR functions to incorporate vacations, trainings and flexible working models in capacity managementLiase with local finance team to better understand local case economics and staffing decisions’ impact on them
  • Project allocation Regularly meet with Associates and Consultants in BUE understand their staffing needs and preferences, and advise them on upcoming projectsDraw staffing scenarios for projects and proposals, considering business needs, staff developments areas, consultants interests and staffing rules Assign staff to proposals, other sales development workDiscuss projects staffing with projects leadership, People Manager and staffing Partner as needed to confirm best suitable project teamCommunicate all along the staffing process and decisions to ACs, handling difficult conversations as necessaryProperly communicates on staffing pipeline to consulting team, underlining critical projectsBalance the needs of partners, clients and consultants in drafting scenariosManage all local consulting staff holiday requests
  • Coordination, reporting and meeting preparation Maintain accurate records of staffing assignments and pipeline in relevant systems / toolsEnsure reporting support : capacity consolidation, bottlenecks report, staffing report with staffing KPI’s Continuously ensure quality of staffing rules, processes and tools and propose improvements when neededEnsure appropriate communication on staffing processes for all SSA officesTake on special projects and support the SSA staffing team with ad hoc analysesProvide staffing introduction to all new hires
  • Career Development

  • Proactively send out evaluations, monitoring and guaranteeing timely submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of Career Development Committees’ results in relevant systems / tools
  • Regularly meet with consulting team to understand career perspectives, needs and questions
  • Timely plan and organize Career Development Committees, including logistics
  • Prepare CD Committees documentations and statistics
  • Compile and review various HR statistics and overviews
  • Support all CD related topics, such as MBA sponsorships, international programs or flexibility models
  • Take part in various HR initiatives and projects
  • Support Career Development process for other cohorts, as requested
  • Other HR responsibilities :

  • Prepare People communication for different rooms such as office meetings, regular communications or specific campaigns, engineering other communication channels when needed
  • Support induction and training activities
  • Invest in various HR initiatives as needed

  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in a professional services firm or a Multinational Corporation
  • Strong interest in Human Resources management and in business partnership of HR topics
  • Fluent English and Spanish, oral and written
  • Confident in the use of Excel and Powerpoint
  • Absolute trustworthiness combined with perfect discretion and strong sense of responsibility
