In our Talent Acquisition team, sourcing specialists work hand in hand with our talent acquisition specialists to find and engage top talent for Avature.
The work you’ll do in this role is instrumental to making sure we fill our open positions as quickly as possible, with the best quality.
In this sense, the results you obtain will have a direct impact on our day-to-day operations.Each sourcing specialist possesses in-depth knowledge about the markets where we hire, and the type of candidates our Talent Acquisition team needs to find.
Your challenges and objectives :
Use your knowledge to create a sourcing criteria that adds value to our hiring process.
Develop an understanding of our sourcing tools and the Avature platform.
Create long-term relationships with prospects until they are ready for an interview.
Your day-to-day activities
Interact with talent acquisition specialists to understand their needs.
Review applications and decide on next steps.
Reach out to prospects via email or other contact methods to turn them into active candidates.
Find quality candidates for our talent acquisition specialists.
Work with the Avature platform to track all activity in our CRM.
