About the Position :

We have a great opportunity for an experienced, organized, detail-oriented self-starter with a great attitude to join the Salesforce Ohana.

The candidate will provide administrative support to the LACA VP of Sales. The candidate must be collaborative, action-oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The candidate should have the ability to operate well in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. A background within a technology company is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Calendar management - coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
  • Travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Assist with expense reporting, raising purchase orders and team budget management.
  • Event management organization of quarterly meetings, volunteering events, off-sites, etc.
  • Project management of low to intermediate complexity as requested.
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.
  • Effectively interface with employees from other groups within Salesforce and senior executives inside and outside the company, as well as startup CEOs and entrepreneurs
  • Other administrative duties as requested.
  • Experience / Skills Required :

  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
  • Strong teamwork skills, and a strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalities.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment.
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Proven ability to manage smaller projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail and Gcal skills.
  • Experience with the setting up and management of virtual meetings and tools e.g. GoTo Meetings, conference calls.
  • Strong communication, oral and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
