At # Cognizant Argentina we have an excellent opportunity for ServiceNow Admin / Developers to be part of Cognizant Infrastructure team working on cutting edge oppportunity3 years with ServiceNowITIL Certification v3 +Servicenow Admin CertificacionDB knowledge (optional)Experience on working as IT support with ServiceNow or a similar toolExperience on ServiceNow implementationAs a Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management.

Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation / management.

Drive service improvement programs.Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagementPerform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams / individual to minimize the incidents.

Effort estimation / reviews on need basis for new projects.
