SAP Business Architect execute the industry aligned customer engagements across the target market for both Software and Cloud environments cross- industry and customer segment.

They establish the key reasons for customers and prospects to leverage SAP solutions to achieve strategic business objectives.

They syndicate best practice programs, tools, methods and processes within the region to accelerate profitable performance and market penetration.

The role is largely customer facing with the goal to support the India market unit in critical and transformational deals and a key position within the broader Industries & Customer Advisory India Team.

The candidate is expected to bring good presales, sales and domain knowledge of SAP Solutions.

Business Architecture provides a bridge between an organization’s enterprise business model & strategy to business functionality of the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Oportunities Qualification
  • Lead collaborative teams to create a business architecture to meet customer requirements with SAP Intelligent Enterprise
  • Sales Challenger oriented, Digital Transformation / Innovation
  • Bring together SAP win themes and key messaging during complex sales cycle
  • Advisor to customer executives, based on business impact of Sap Intelligent Enterprise
  • Ensure consistent & engaging Customer Experience demo’s dryrun + align expectation trough the sales cycle
  • Demonstrate Industry Thought Leadership, drive Co-innovation with SAP’s customer
  • Provide real-time support in articulating the relevance of the SAP portfolio, and the value of Partnership with SAP in a pro-active (collaborative roadmapping)
  • Identifies the gap between customer strategy and execution, opening the door for assistance in cross-portfolio Business Development
  • Operates as a Trusted Advisor to senior business executives, internally and externally to drive greater success and efficiency for all parties
  • Develop, deliver and curate the standard set of Business Architecture artifacts (Business Strategy, Business Model, Business Process, Capability Map and Functional Solution Roadmap documents)
  • Ability to coordinate RFI / RFP delivery documents
  • Ability to develop and articulate a point-of-view to be represented in discussions
  • Development Design Thinking activities
  • Innovative thinking that will lead to create approaches for engaging and delivering customer and corporate value
  • Required skills

  • Knowledge within one of the strategic market industries -Understanding of the key areas of company value chains cross (Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Chain, Backoffice Operations , Finance, HR, IT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the SAP Corporate Strategy, Product Portfolio and Solution Deployment Models
  • Familiarity with Business Architecture methodology, structure and concepts
  • Ability to present Solutions Roadmaps
  • Possess Executive Presence and the ability to effectively communicate orally or in writing
  • Self-driven leadership qualities that will allow the candidate to effectively engage colleagues and partners, and mentor next generation talent
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university. MBA or advanced degree in related discipline (will be a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of Industry Domain / Industry Solution / Software Implementation / Product Pre- Sales in SAP ecosystem
  • 2 years or more of Industry domain experience with one Industry Experiences
  • Proficient understanding of SAP, its products and solutions, partners, markets and competition is a plus.
  • Strong customer focus, presentation skills and clear business communication
  • Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS / PaaS models, cloud -based commerce / business networks.
  • Strong knowledge of best business practices
  • Language : Fluent English
