IT Business Analyst, eCommerce Job Description The Ecommerce Business Analyst will analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders.
Including interviewing stakeholders, document and workflow analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, software selection, business process definition and use case production.
They will act as the conduit between the business users and the development teams, ensuring that project deliverables are met according to the agreed and documented business requirement, and supporting the change around the deployment of new business processes.
The role collaborates with IT application Functional Engineers and business / functional subject matter experts as well as Solution Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Product Managers and Analytics Designers.
Demonstrates functional leadership in design, development and testing of complex analytical reporting solutions and / or cloud based application esp in the the area of eCommerce Content Syndication (Salsify).
Will provide work direction / general guidance to other team members as a functional leader. Key Accountabilities : Functional leader of medium and large projects for one or more eCommerce capabilities responsible for maintaining detailed understanding of Kimberly-Clark business processes for eCommerce including global standards and regional variations.
Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers / project team.
Performs leading-edge work and develops new approaches / solutions to answer business questions.*Key Qualifications and Experiences : Expert in sales management systems which include retail, distribution, and manufacturing processes* Experience with fast moving and growing organizations, and / or that you have experience working in retail organizations understanding the priorities and nature of the services provided* Experience with multiple eCommerce implementations / operations, and preferably from that having experience with more than one eCommerce platform / solution (e.
g. Salsify, CommerceIQ, Magento, SalesForce Commerce cloud)* A Subject Matter Expert in other eCommerce platform areas like payment, product data, order management, web analytics, content management, promotions, search, etc.
has achieved technical and / or business certification(s).* Ability to operate in a digital workplace utilizing modern technologies to connect, collaborate, communicate and co-operate across a global organization and across organizational boundaries.
Exposure to Agile fundamentals and able to lead key ceremonies. Act as Scrum Master or Product Owner for a team, following all standard work practices.
