Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Night Shift Coordinator
Optimize, maximize and monitor the performance of the work teams in charge, the performance of the machinery and facilities, in accordance with the guidelines and directives formulated by their immediate superior, in order to ensure the compliance with the planned production programs, in volume, quality, cost, security and customer service, promoting a culture of continuous improvement (IL6S) within their teams.
Responsible for the care of Safety and the environment within his jurisdiction.
It is responsible for the quality of the products produced by the line under its charge.
It is responsible for the optimal administration of the assigned resources and the achievement of the objectives.
Responsible for the moral and discipline of his team.
Make a BOS personally
Personally carry out the investigation of high potential accidents,
Personally corrects deviations of conduct or non-compliance with regulations,
Prepares transgression reports and manages sanctions through the oficce of HR
Personally stop production on a line if Employee safety is threatened
Organize meetings for communication of results and evaluation of management indicators
Personally provide at least one indication of Occupational Safety to an employee of a line
Personally answer the claims of category A consumers
Perform at least one random metal detector check
It personally stops the production of a line if Food Safety is not guaranteed
Interview at least one employee of your team who has had an absenteeism situation
Analyze the absenteeism of his direct reports and organize a talk about his absences to find solutions
Verifies the evolution of indicators of the lines under his charge and initiates actions to correct deviations (Yield, OW, Scrap, compliance, OEE, GE),
Communicate at least one employee of his team the vision of the plant and how he can help achieve it
Form a KAIZEN group and assign a simple improvement project
Organize and carry out a talk on individual performance with each of your direct reports
Organize and promote at least one small act of recognition of an outstanding action
It puts itself in control of the situation in the face of union demands that threaten to interrupt production
Keep at least one brief talk with a member of the team about issues not related to work
Complete the skills matrix of the employees in charge.
Ensure that the standards, requirements and procedures related to food safety (FSSC 22000) and the quality systems that correspond to its scope and function are in place, monitored and followed by corrective actions.
Actively participate in the implementation of IL6S.
Career Experiences Required & Role Implications
College degree (prefered)
Intermediate / advanced English
Knowledge in Quality, Safety, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Environment and management by indicators.
Tools for continuous improvement, management of multitudinous and diverse teams.
Minimum of 3 years experience leading effective teams.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with union representatives
