Role Description : We are looking for a highly motivated individual and team player to join the Alliances & Channels Operations team focused on supporting our Resellers and Consulting Partners.

We work in an environment with complex business issues that are not always clearly defined. The right candidate will be a self-starter, action-oriented and comfortable navigating infrastructural challenges and competing priorities.

You are a highly motivated team player with expertise working in a fast paced, cross-functional manner. You have the ability to establish cross functional business relationships.

You have a proven track record on delivering results and getting things done. You are smart, have strong business acumen, with the ability to make a notable impact within your first 90 days at Salesforce.

  • Responsibilities : Respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to all stakeholders Respond to internal operational issues (resolve, re-direct, escalate) Provide triage for reseller partner business issues and inquiries Foster Best Practices with globally consistent and scalable knowledge sharing programs Develop, publish and maintain internal and stakeholder enablement assets involving the channel and partners Coordinate the setup and training on the channel and partner program tools Provide monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and metrics for partner and reseller ops Problem Solver, share new ideas and approaches, hypothesis driven and end-product focused;
  • Ability to juggle multiple and diverse tasks Experience / Skills Required : 3+ years operations, support, sales, sales support, i.

    e. deal desk, experience (Alliances, Partner Program experience a plus) Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing team Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude even under stressful situations Extreme attention to detail with a strategic eye Analytical thinking and driving operational excellence and improvement Salesforce application experience a plus Able to multitask in a fast paced environment and exercise a high degree of initiative in resolving issues and developing system / process enhancement recommendations Ability to understand broader business and financial issues and juggle multiple and diverse projects and / or tasks Other Requirements / Nice to have : Salesforce.

  • com product certifications are a plus (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) Experience with Partner Program Operations and Support Driving Operational Excellence and Process Improvement Fluency in English and one or more other languages a plus;
