Manage customer dissatisfactions, from its reception to the implementation of corrective actions.
Acts as technical contact point between Customer / Customer representatives and internal areas, Follows-up quality events arised during the order processing.
Participates in the internal investigation of customer dissatisfaction events
Particiaptes in the definition and prioritization of corrective actions
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his / her area.
