This role is customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Develops vision on a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective.

Leads business development planning and processes for this market.

As an ODS Account Sales Leader, you will be responsible for :

Business to or through Local Channel Partners, Direct Sales and Alternative Business Model. May include transactional sales support and channel partner development duties.

Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where they will be used.

Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

Handling important business unit clients and demanding markets or multi country.

Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.

Working with functional area and systems to close awarded opportunities and delivering the goods to our Channel Partners and End Users.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will :

Have Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Have 10 yrs of field experience in Pressure Pumping Operations (Fracturing, Stimulation, Cementing and Coiled tubing), and minimum of 5 additional yrs of experience in Channel Partner and Local Sales.

Have knowledge and experience working with Argentinean market place and good technical knowledge on BH Pressure Pumping services.

Be proficient in current company-specific ERP and system used (Workday, SAP, etc)

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, and good leadership skills.

Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Established project management skills.
