We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the OS4 team. If you have an amazing ability to turn a discussion into system design, organizational and analytical skills, have a keen interest in business technologies, love data, and want to work in an exciting environment, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do :

  • Lead requirements solicitation sessions using various methods including but not limited to : interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios
  • Design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future needs (including the creation and maintenance of multi-year functional roadmaps)
  • Drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions
  • Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
  • Analyze the business processes and design scalable solutions to increase operational maturity
  • Assist in designing and creation of training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users about the application.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the OS4 platform identifying and proposing innovative capabilities
  • Lead / oversee testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • You might be a fit :

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
  • Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new ideas, concepts, business processes, and technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a requirement
