We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the OS4 team. What you’ll do :
Lead requirements solicitation sessions using various methods including but not limited to : interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios
Design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future needs (including the creation and maintenance of multi-year functional roadmaps)
Drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions
Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
Analyze the business processes and design scalable solutions to increase operational maturity
Assist in designing and creation of training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users about the application.
Provide strategic guidance for the OS4 platform identifying and proposing innovative capabilities
Lead / oversee testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables
You might be a fit :
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new ideas, concepts, business processes, and technologies
Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a requirement
