As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) on the Observability Team at MuleSoft (a Salesforce Company), you will be part of a team that strives to deliver best-in-class Telemetry, Monitoring and Observability solutions to MuleSoft Infrastructure and Product teams for the purpose of having a direct impact on customer Trust and overall experience.
We focus on providing best practices, services and solutions in these areas via the implementation of and contribution to CNFC applications and services where practical.
At least 3 years experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role or related field (DevOps, Production Operations, Sysadmin, etc) Experience in Public Cloud environments, AWS preferable Experience with New Relic, Sumo Logic, ELK clusters, Terraform, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Spinnaker or related monitoring and CICD tools Understanding of high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems Excellent knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc.
