Will be an active member of PSO local leadership team and will support them by providing input on HR direction be responsible for the day-to-day plant HR operations.
This role will be a key resource in managing the change effort by engaging the workforce, designing strategies and implementing HR systems / processes which support and reinforce desired behaviors.
Additional responsibilities includes : conducting organizational assessments, developing action plans, developing process maps for people systems, providing labor financial forecast and supporting HR initiatives to drive the Plant HR Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Tactics.
Give support in a daily relationship with production employees and Union representatives and labor contract negotiations if those are applicable on the respective site / plant.
In this role, you will : + Implement customized regional PS strategies (WCO, OE, Master Plan Execution, TQ strategies, HR journey map pillar)+ Labor Relations- Lead and ensure all activities of compliance, local labor counsels, local discipline system , ER activities, monitoring of collective agreement benefits, regular labor contract negotiation and keep daily relationship with Union reps.
Ongoing support and coaching to Local PSO People Leaders+ Support on recruiting for hourly employees Support the Journey Map deployment and help leading People Strategies, Communications, Change Management, Recognition, Performance appraisal, Career plans, Engagement and other HR initiatives that build and sustain the organization.
