We are looking for a LATAM Digital Marketing Specialist who will have the mission to manage all aspects of our social media programs and ecommerce including developing and implementing promotional strategies while overseeing product listing content, rankings and reviews ensuring best
class listings on all ecommerce websites and reporting out on key metrics, social brand promotional strategy and planning, content strategy, campaign management and monitoring and reporting on program results to help drive brand awareness, engagement and sales in DRiV Inc.

The position will be located in Tortuguitas Buenos Aires and report to the Marketing Head LATAM and the candidates will should have a bachelor’s in communications, Marketing or Commercialization, have an advanced English language and three years of experience in similar positions. Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and implement an online promotion plan for key ecommerce channels such as Mercado Libre, OLX and others; coordinate with channel partners and internal business leads on promotion approval, creative, messaging, budget and timeline.
Maintain product content in accordance with best practices to ensure our premium products are differentiated and stand out from the competition.
Actively participate in the content and image management process, proactively escalating any issues or non
compliance through the appropriate channels within a timely fashion.
Develop product listing scorecard and digital content plan for improving all aspects of our product listings; Feed product marketing team with recommendations for product content that differentiate our premium brands from other products available online.
Develop and oversee global social media channel strategies and governance that reinforce core brand messages and engage community fans / followers while adhering to legal requirements and company social media policy.
Oversee all social media pages and strategy for, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, for LATAM.
Create, curate, and proof all social media content (images, video and copy) for LATAM and seek approval through appropriate channels (Brand Management, Corporate Communications, Legal) for approval
Direct agency on creative requirements for all social media and digital projects.
Manage social media advertising / promotion budget in conjunction with the agency. Required Skills :
Strong understanding of ecommerce, social media and strategic planning skills with experience in developing viral promotions that rely heavily on user
Demonstrate strong proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced level in Microsoft Excel, common social media and publishing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Demonstrate knowledge of digital marketing, advertising and web development.
Fluent English level. Required Experience :
Exceptional communication and organizational skills; strong project management skills; ability to provide concise, clear reporting and actionable analysis.
Demonstrate knowledge of ecommerce strategy, digital advertising and product content marketing including SEO / SEM and display advertising.
Availability to travel abroad every 2 months. Excellent hiring conditions and incorporation into a high
