Reporting to Digital Manager, the responsabilities wil be :
Ensure the CRM programme provides an effective sales funnel of client opportunities for the operational business;
Ensure that the CRM programme drives increased levels of quality candidates for all areas of the UK business;
Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel digital CRM marketing campaigns;
Maintains detailed of processes and campaign plans to ensure the continued improvements of CRM efficiency and effectiveness;
Detailed reporting on key KPIs (open rates, click-throughs, conversion rates, unsubscribes etc). Provide recommendations or action plans based on analysis of report findings;
Implement test & learn strategies to identify the optimal email creative, copy (email), and deployment programmes for emails to maximise the effectiveness of customer communications;
Manage the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns using the Marketing Cloud, Exact Target & Pardo;
Responsible for the set-up and analysis of customer and client surveys through Qualtrics survey tool;
Manages new campaign creative with the Studio and Content Teams to ensure that the campaigns align to the overall marketing programme and on brand and align with the company tone and style guides;
Utilise SQL / Excel / campaign tool to develop and maintain regular reports on the response from all campaign activity, detailing performance within each campaign and providing one overall report on a regular basis that summarises all CRM activities taking place;
Produce end of campaign analysis to critically review and understand changes in customer behaviour and provide a detailed understanding of the differences between responders and non-responders.
