Job Description

Kimberly Clark is replacing their existing Consumer Data Solution with a Global Multi-Vendor Data Platform that will include managed services and custom integrations.

The CRM Data Architect will be at the center of this global transformation with IT, vendor and business facing responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • This global role will be responsible for technical oversight of the vendor managed service supporting Epsilon PeopleCloud Consumer Data Platform
  • Design and architect integrations between systems such as SF Marketing Cloud, LiveRamp, Google Big Query and others to enable advances in consumer marketing strategy.
  • Provide oversight of solution development conducted by third parties and ensure they adhere to all K-C standards.
  • Work closely with People Based Marketing Product Owner and Product Manager to understand the product vision and prioritization of enhancements to all components.
  • Ensure data quality is monitored and maintained.
  • Review Data Governance practices and work with the Marketing Platform Senior Manager to implement improvements.
  • Serves as a SME on PII data management and all privacy legislation (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Ensures all data platforms are compliant with KC Cybersecurity standards.
  • Creates technical specifications and architecture diagrams of related systems.
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum 5 years professional experience. 3 years in CRM
  • Experience architecting complex multi-platform solutions for consumer marketing.
  • Familiarity with consumer data warehouse operations such as data onboarding, data cleansing and data appends.
  • Proven experience with one or more SQL data warehouses
  • Knowledge of one or more cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) GCP preferred.
  • Experience with of Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing is preferred
  • Strong marketing domain knowledge preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics preferred
  • Familiarity with digital media / online advertising is a plus.
