About the position :

We are looking for a FINANCE LEAD to join our team :

  • Location : Microcentro, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
  • Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm.
  • Contract Type : Open-ended.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Coordination of the SSC Finance Team.
  • Meet deadlines, own and of the team "Monthly Scorecard".
  • Monitoring of spending and allocation in accounting accounts.
  • Analysis of balance sheet accounts of assigned clients and the team BSR.
  • Promote continuous improvements and standardization of processes.
  • Develop team capabilities.
  • Promote formal training.
  • Financial support of assigned clients and those of the team.
  • Comprehensive report on customer operations by country.
  • Regional Tax Analysis (Latam).
  • Provide and analyze the information in the different information systems, to issue consolidated reports.
  • Comprehensive and consolidated control and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Request and follow up of customer billing.
  • Accounting reconciliation and corporate monthly closing.
  • Support in transitions of new clients.
  • On Boarding of New Clients.
  • P&L analysis of assigned clients and team.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economic or related field.
  • 2 years experience in a similar position in a corporate environment, including analysis of P&L and balance sheet, accounting reconciliation and monthly closing.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English level (level C1 as minimum).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
