The Role
Sera responsable por la relación constante con el cliente para la activación y test de los servicios requeridos.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Tener mas de 7 años de experiencia en cargos afines
Ser profesionales en Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones, electrónica o afines
Deben poseer conocimientos técnicos de : diferentes tecnologías (enlaces de cobre, fibra, ADSL, etc), acceso inalámbrico (punto a punto y punto a multipunto) y satélite (VSAT, SCPC).
Internetworking (router, switches, etc), configuración, activación y diagnóstico de los servicios. Protocolo de ruteos (estático, BGP, OSPF, etc), QoS, VRRP, NAT y VLAN, 802.1q, spanning tree.
Preferiblemente con certificación CCNA, CCIP o certificaciones Juniper
Deben tener dominio intermedio o Avanzado del idioma Inglés
Estar en disposición de atender los horarios asignados.
La evaluación de desempeño será un factor a tener en cuenta en la selección.
Autonomía en la resolución de situaciones
Tener buen Manejo de grupo y tener buena interacción con otros sectores
