Job Description
The strategy assistant planner will work closely with the planner support the day to day account needs across various brands as well as for the business units and portfolio.
The assistant strategy planner will help support the planner, as well as supporting the business operations teams with standing account management and reporting.
Responsibilities :
In conjunction with the planner, will provide support across the following :
Anheuser Busch Strategy / Planning Team across all channels + some Digital Activation. Supporting key brands within ABI’s portfolio.
Own aspects of the planning and activation process for media campaigns
Provide support to the strategy team by managing reoccurring and ad hoc projects
Strategize with your team and the client to develop innovative, well-targeted marketing solutions
Partner cross-functionally with investment teams
Steward campaigns, which includes daily campaign activation, management, optimization and post-campaign reporting with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Budget management : own budgets and optimize spend evenly throughout the campaign
Provide support on client presentations and other client facing deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to successfully execute campaigns
Generate and deliver various media reporting to account teams and internal finance teams both on scheduled and ad hoc basis
Assist with campaign set up and execution including insertion orders, specs, creative rotation and billing documentation
Assist with daily client communication (email, calls, and multiple status per week)
Requirements :
Must have in English (B2 or higher).
Mid to high-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Have offline / Online media planning knowledge and heave users of media planning’ tools.
Know and use all digital disciplines : Display, Social, Traditional Media, is a plus
Excellent client management skills, conflict solution abilities, and experience working in a demanding environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work on their initiative and occasionally unsupervised.
