Mondelez International is looking for : Talent Acquisition Analyst Description : Manage full life cycle recruiting processes from sourcing to closing the candidate for senior roles regionally (Southern Cone) and Early Careers Program.

Demonstrate candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills. Proven track record in working in a centralized, high volume, on-

line recruiting function preferred. Demonstrated passion for providing amazing customer service and a high-quality candidate experience.

Strong process management skills, detail oriented and time / task management skills. Must have demonstrated experience in prioritizing workload demands.

Strong consultative and partnership skills. Responsibilities :

  • Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including, direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.
  • Lead talent acquisition end to end process for internal & external searches. Lead early careers program for SC.
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships with Hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
  • Candidates’ passive & active process management relationship.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
  • Collect and bring out market insights to provide visibility on talent market trends.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition train the trainers’ sessions with internal clients.
  • Manage & negotiate with hiring managers & candidates to be offered.
  • Calificaciones

    Academic Knowledge : Advanced student or graduated from the following careers : Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology or related careers.

    Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint or similar office software is required. Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.

    Behaviour based interviews model proven experience.Ability to source passive candidates to include cold calling and building relationships by phone.

    Working Knowledge : Minimum of 3 years of corporate work experience. Ideally regional experience roles.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Recruiting function required.

    Experience recruiting Senior Roles (Specialist, Coordinators, Managers, Directors).Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, TALEO and SAP experience preferred.

    3 years of experience managing recruitment processes for Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and other areas.

    Abilities : Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage others.Language : Advanced Spanish & English. Portuguese preferred.
