Job Purpose

The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties, working closely with Recruiting and HR Generalist team.

The Human Resources Specialist will be providing recruiting support to our global engagement centers in the United States, United Kingdom and Argentina.

The role will also help provide training and general HR coverage for the Cordoba, Argentina workforce. This role will cover responsibilities that will include, but not be limited to, entry level recruitment, training, onboarding, basic Argentina employment law compliance, and administrative upkeep.

This role will be integral part in providing best in class candidate experience, and expanding our workforce within our engagement centers and the globe.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Oversees high volume recruitment process for entry-level positions within our global engagement centers
  • Documents and streamlines processes as it pertains to Recruitment, onboarding, and HR general activities
  • Runs reports from our Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS system as needed
  • Build and sustain beneficial relationships with Hiring Managers overseeing the adherence to the overall recruitment process and general HR regulations
  • Assists the Learning & Development team as it pertains to facilitating training and delivery of training programs as needed
  • Creates and facilitates ad hoc training for corporate employees
  • Facilitate new hire orientations for new hires globally
  • Provides administrative support regarding tracking, scheduling, and administrative duties associated with recruiting and training activities
  • May complete other duties and projects as assigned
  • Conducts prescreening interviews of global Engagement Center candidates, including Department of Correction (DOC) positions, completing reference checks and interview guides moving candidates through the hiring process.
  • Coordinates the recruitment efforts, scheduling, and communication between candidates and the hiring team across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Provide best in class interview experience to both hiring managers and candidates overseeing all administrative facets and coordination efforts.
  • Drafts and reviews job descriptions, interview guides and other recruiting documentation.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
  • 1-3+ years of previous experience in a Human Resources or recruiting role preferred.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer or Recruiter
  • Prior coordinator or administrative assistant experience ideal (or internship of similar nature)
  • Broad knowledge of Argentina HR policies and general recruitment best practices.
  • Prior experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking system preferred
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to fluently communicate in English; both verbally and in writing
  • Create accurate and punctual reports, and share information and ideas with others.
  • Ability to utilize HR technologies appropriately and efficiently.
  • Full understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly with highly confidential information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively and confidentially while maintaining positive relationships with internal staff, job candidates, and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Experience working in an environment with a high number of hourly employees (call center, manufacturing, health care, etc.) is preferred.

    Essential physical requirements of this job include :

  • Ability to move wrists, hands, and / or fingers in a repetitive motion.
  • Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push / pull, and sit.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
  • Continuously working at a desk and computer screen at least 50% of the time.
