The Total Rewards Sr Analyst will work with the Local Total Rewards team in North America to support activities related to enablement and communication.
This involves processes and tasks such as :
Support enablement for other compensation related actions such as but not limited to OCA, Benefit initiatives and Compensation Administration (midyear and annual).
Human Resources and Compensation background
Advanced level of English
