Proactively managechange management process (projects) and continuous improvement initiativesfrom requirements capture through the coordination of useracceptance / regression testing, training and handover
Lead the functionalprocess and solution design, Fit & Gap analysis within ProcessStandardization Projects and / or consult as functional delivery expert instrategic projects by applying Syngenta project methodologies, includingcross-
functional processes together with the business and coordinate the implementationof the solution
Identify process improvements with a sound business case and perform business impact analysis
Ensure best practice use of system and processes within a global environment
Proactively manage incidents and process changes alongside IS providers from requirements capture through user acceptance / regression testing, training and handover
Allocate user access and profiles and ensure SOX Segregation of Duties requirements are met
To lead the evaluation and confirmation of technical solutions for the assigned process or process changes
Manage the documentation of all functional process models along with the maintenance of their context in relation to the overall enterprise business architecture.
Maintain a deep understanding of the interrelationship between the end-to-end functional processes and their interdependencies on other functional process areas, people and organization and other Syngenta processes.
Ensure the compliance and documentation regarding SOX within the respective area of responsibility
Education : University degree in Information Technology or Economic degree with strong experience in IT projects and solutions
Professional experience (Mandatory) :
Min. 3 - 4 years of experience in ERP process support and / or ERP projects
Fluent language skills in English
Good knowledge in SAP for relevant Finance and procurement modules; FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), etc.
Excellent process analysis skills and experience in designing, implementing, testing and documenting of ERP and non-ERP systems, processes and interfaces
Critical to have the ability to influence key stakeholders and move key initiatives forward
Be flexible to changes.
