Must demonstrate ability to craft project documents such as High-Level Design, Low Level Design, Migration Plan, Implementation Plan, Test Plan, etc .
Must also have good communication skills, both written and oral, to present work to Cisco’s customers in the form of documentation and technical presentation.
CCNP certification required (CCIE would be a plus). Even though this is a position to work on projects (proactive), ability to provide support services in response to customer crisis (reactive) is expected.
English language (written / oral) is required.
