This is an entry-level supervisory job in charge of DPO activity for North America and Europe region. This person is responsible for preparing DPO plan following corporate guidelines for the year.
On a monthly basis, based on trending analysis, prepare projections, analyze differences and propose adjustments.
Present plan to stakeholders, socialize with peers to collect feedback.
Responsible for running the activity according to corporate policies- Maintain adequate training materials and procedures.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude always using appropriate business communications. Act as a partner by building relationships with Division and other department contacts.
Position requires to work with tight timeline meeting due dates.
Position reports to Accounting Supervisor and requires previous accounting experience.
Education / Work Experience
University Student, preferably Certified Public Accountant or Business Administration.
Previous working experience of at least 3 years in Accounts Payable is mandatory. English advanced level is required. Solid experience with Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and SAP platform.
Problem Solving and analytical skills.
