Manages and controls the application of HR global policies in the region under his / her scope ensuring a successful implementation in line with Tenaris HR strategic guidelines.
Defines and monitors approved HR administration action plans in the region under his / her scope
Coordinates Recruitment and Development activities for the region to provide an adequate and continuous flow of qualified personnel
Maintains up to date the information related to the organizational structures
Implements and coordinates training activities including e-learning.
Oversees that performance evaluation systems are implemented and developed according to global guidelines
Ensures consistent application of salaries and benefits policies.
Provides personnel administration services to the employees, maintains employee information accurate and meets the organization's legal obligations
Coordinates BCs personnel services, preparing reports on employee turnover, absenteeism and overtime, maintains employee data records, ensures payroll accounts, withholdings and other necessary information reported to federal, state and local agencies as required.
Coordinates and controls Human Resources budget.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his / her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his / her area.
