Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plan to successfully capture the Search and Performance opportunity in the region.
  • Educate the ecosystem on Performance Solutions and work with Sales, Agency, go-to-market, and Sales Finance teams to prioritize short, mid, and long-term actions in order to make progress.
  • Develop customer lead lists, narratives, and execute promoting of product priorities in partnership with Sales, Agency, go-to-market, and Sales Finance.
  • Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase adoption; maximize Performance outcomes for customers.
  • Help customers and sales teams identify and capture incremental Performance opportunities.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • 4 years of experience in developing and driving sales, marketing, and / or product strategy in the digital space.
  • Experience with Google’s Performance Solutions (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in creating, developing, and executing Performance advertising strategies.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience building customer relationships and with consulting and / or data analysis.
  • Experience influencing people across functions and managing virtual working groups within a large organization.
  • Results-driven, innovative problem solver, with the ability to turn complex issues into clear solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
