About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to drive the strategy, vision, and execution of initiatives focused on improving organic user acquisition.
The Growth / Acquisition team interacts with millions of subscribers every day and runs rapid tests to improve user acquisition and optimizations.
You’ll play a key role in defining the experimentation strategy and working closely with stakeholders, analytics, marketers, designers, and engineers to drive new initiatives from conception to launch.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Work with key stakeholders in product management, engineering, design, business, legal, and marketing teams to define and deliver against strategy for engaging and retaining customers.
Define goals, build quarterly roadmaps and manage the execution of features from conception to launch.
Identify key business opportunities and initiate strategic enhancements / upgrades to optimize the UX. Lead briefing of need and implementation.
Actively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Your start-up mentality lets you find work-arounds for any blocking work item.
Partner with Engineering leads / teams to prioritize development efforts and actively run backlog and trade-offs on a weekly basis.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Manage internal QA and launch processes closely with cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of Product Management related to subscriptions, e-commerce, high-growth consumer tech companies, creating 0 to 1 product experiences.
You have the ability to develop product strategies and take ideas from infancy to full execution. Track record of launching and growing a product.
Passionate about SEO, Acquisition funnels, and improving metrics
Excellent business judgment and quantitative skills.
You are obsessively data-driven.
You are a great communicator with strong relationships and social skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced setting.
You have an eye for detail.
An easy-going, yet results-oriented demeanor.
