We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Essential Functions : - Greet / host / provide support for guests and visitors - Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate person -
Assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the office - Maintain office areas in a neat and organized manner - Monitor and maintain functioning of office equipment -
Keep supplies in stock - Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries - Assist employees with conference room reservations -
Provide general support to the different teams, as required Requirements : - 2-3 years of experience in a similar position -
Full proficiency in English - Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
