The Team : You will join a very creative and enthusiastic global segment marketing team that is responsible for driving engagement with current clients and generating qualified leads for new business.

We achieve this through a diverse marketing mix of events, web, email, advertising and social media, and strive to communicate the value of our solutions through efficient operations and tactical expertise.

Our team spans the globe, yet we remain in tight collaboration and communication through team meetings and seamless workflow technology.

The Impact : Your position is critical to support the segment marketing team, with alignment and focus specifically to support the Latin America region and will also work more broadly to support North America.

The Marketing Coordinator will work towards elevating our brand and reputation in the Latin America region and will work closely with the wider marketing team and stakeholders to develop and execute on Latin America marketing activities across all customer segments.

The Marketing Coordinator will also work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to develop and implement various campaigns to engage clients and drive lead generation as they relate to larger business strategy for the North America region.

The Marketing Coordinator will engage and will work closely with product and commercial team members to understand S&P Global Market Intelligence’s solutions, target persona workflows across all customer segments, go-

to-market strategies, and the competitive landscape.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Sales enablement Develop sales collateral and materials to help Sales communicate the value proposition of products and support the selling process of those products.
  • This includes translating marketing materials into local languages for Latin America.

  • Marketing communications - Create various forms of content including producing web and advertising copy, social posts, and email campaigns aligned to the business’ growth strategy.
  • Learn to analyze and measure the performance to maximize reach and effectiveness. This includes translating marketing communications into local languages for Latin America.

  • Event support & management - Work closely with the Event team and business areas to assist in the execution of trade show participation, including pre-
  • event communication, attendee check-ins, and post-event lead processing as well as understand event KPIs; suggest opportunities for event optimization.

    Some travel required to be onsite at events in the Latin America region managing logistics and representing the company.

  • Cross functional teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Education, Design, Compliance, Branding) to support the project management and delivery of all marketing activity and provide timely updates.
  • Stakeholder management - Become a partner to Latin America sales and product stakeholders : communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to understand their goals and selling strategy to develop appropriate campaigns, manage their expectations on deliverables, host reoccurring marketing meetings to discuss marketing activities, KPI results, brainstorm, etc.
  • What We’re Looking For :

    Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or MBA Degree in Marketing, English, Business, Finance or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing or equivalent experience, preferably in B2B or the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral / written), Basic-to-Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel skills and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office products including database is required.
  • Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple work priorities and projects concurrently and meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team with minimal directions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent writing skills. Portuguese desired.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of segment personas and the S&P Global Market Intelligence products / solutions that support their workflows
