The Associate Manager for NA Innovation HUBs and MD&I NA is responsible with the team for defining and executing the day-to-day tasks working and providing support to 3 main areas : MD&I NA working with NA MD&I Lead, Growth & Strategy NA lead and multiple budget owners for specific Investment groups within the scope ICE / NAI providing support to NA Lead and working with 20 Local Market Leads on Internal Community Engagements and finance teams on North America Special Initiatives Innovation HUBs NA working with Director of Operations and Business Operations leads for 11 Innovation HUB locations in NAPrimary areas of Responsibility : + MD&I PMO : Assist team and leadership with general program management activities, including backend processes, ongoing activities, pending tasks, general company updates, risks & issues, etc.
Provide guidance & advisory when is possible to DOO / NA MD&I Lead.+ Central process for MD&I : collaborate and coordinate with AGS, MD&I finance and other MD&I leads on best practices, global processes and results reporting.
Provide guidance and ensure financial business practices are aligned with NA financial business standards.+ Reporting & Metrics : Define and manage internal data and metrics for financials, projects, headcount, and other operational KPI's.
Support external reporting for NA with DOO and team.+ Tool Management : Manage use of ACN firm tools to support Hub and MD&I activities, including MMS, SAP, SharePoint, Teams, AIM, Power BI and more.
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, with operations management background including project management and analytical mindset.
Is it important to be able to interact with senior leadership, understand their vision and priorities, and provide advisory from an operational standpoint.

Educational QualificationGood to have : Bachelor's DegreeSkills & Work ExperienceMust have : + 2+ years of operations and / or other business support role within Accenture+ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - both English and Spanish+ Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills+ Adept at managing multiple projects / workstreams simultaneously+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment+ Experience in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Power Point presentation for executives.
Good to have : + Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI+ Experience with internal ACN tools (MMS, SAP, AIM, etc.
Financial Management experience.
