Partners with employees and local management to communicate various HR policies, practices and Company guidelines, ensuring adherence to legislation and statutes by country.
Seeks senior HR involvement and Legal guidance as applicable.
Partner with local Talent Acquisition Team on identifying local challenges and market trends, seeking senior HR guidance as appropriate.
Works closely with department and local business unit leadership providing HR guidance (i.e. coaching, workforce planning, disciplinary advice).
Provides HR partnership on business unit initiatives and projects as needed.
Manages employee relations (disciplinary actions, PIPs, local compliance, etc.). Recommends appropriate actions for management consideration.
Conduct and analyze new employee, exit interview survey data and stay interviews, sharing results. Recommends new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvement and retention of staff.
Maintains current knowledge and expertise in Human Resources and applicable industry including country specific regulations, competitive and trend information.
Conduct new hire orientation, explaining HR Policies, local benefit, etc
Participates in Company projects and initiatives. i.e. coordinating events in local office, social responsibility, DE&I, etc.
College Degree in Business or HR plus relevant HR Operations experience preferred, or In lieu of degree, relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility will be considered.
