Job Purpose and Impact
He will be responsible for implementing an information framework to support companies in the region, including the data collection, analysis and reporting process, generating reports that improve decision-making and risk anticipation.
Participate in process improvement projects
Lead cross trainings for team members as well as cross train for other areas to provide backup for critical tasks.
Drive Management reporting operational and improvement activities.
Participate in variance analysis and reporting.
Complete activities within compliance of related systems and organizational guidelines, policies and requirements.
Take initiatives and provide support for multiple teams in partnership with related functional areas.
Act as primary point of contact for selected processes to ensure all internal controls are in place and monitored.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Intermediate knowledge of English.
Advanced Knowledge of Excel
Minimum 2 year of finance data management and reporting experience
Understanding and experience working with JDE, SAP
knowledge of Access, SQL, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableu, SharePoint
