Work cross-functionally with Revenue Marketing and other teams and departments to develop and definetechnically execute multi-wave / multi-channel closed loop campaign strategies and programs for each stage of the customer journey, ensuring that the Marketing Automation Platform becomes a source of competitive advantage and enabler of our strategic business plan.
Creates emails, landing pages, forms, nurturing, scoring programs and reports within MarketoPardot, including templates for use by others within the marketing function.
Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by MarketoPardot and related applications.
Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists into MarketoPardot.
Understand and prioritize customer-focused business requirements, translating them into a continuous pipeline of CRM activities.
Facilitate SLA’s with marketing resources to build and execute campaigns most efficiently.
Drive sales and marketing alignment with lead scoring, SLAs, and other processes to ensure a end-to-end lead management and visibility.
Trains counterparts on the team on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP.
Establish and track ongoing metrics, including campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, funnel advancement, and ultimate return to identify successes and enhancement opportunities.
Qualifications Required :
Two or more years of MAP administration experience with at least one year of experience with the MarketoPardot platform.
5 years of related business experience with at
1-3 years as a marketing automationdemand generation SME (i.e. Strong understanding of lead funnel, relationship management principles, demand generation, and opportunity management) administering a sales force automation SFA system;
Experience in demand creation activities and / or other marketing roles that require use of trade shows, direct mail, email marketing, web, etc.
Solid Campaign Management program Development and Execution Experience across multiple inbound and outbound communication channels
Administrative ExpertiseExperience with industry leading marketing automation tools like Marketo or Eloqua and their integration with sales automation tools like Salesforce.com
Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Experience working closely with sales and accountability for revenue goals.
Sound communication and facilitation skills to lead projects and positively influence collaborators.
Ability to work in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across functions.
Sound project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
History of demonstrated success in the development / building of marketing automationdemand generation / processes from infancy to launch.
