What You’ll Do As a Support Analyst, you will provide the best possible support experience for our customers through timely problem solving and effective communication.

Given this is a growing team, you will be key to setting a gold standard in operation and execution of our support processes.

You will constantly learn given our rapidly evolving platform and share those learnings with our end-users. Specific responsibilities will include :

  • Respond to all support inquiries within the required SLA from the hours of 5am - 2pm ET (please do not apply if you cannot work these hours)
  • Providing solutions directly to customers or escalating problems to the appropriate teams
  • Project managing outstanding issues and providing consistent updates to the customer
  • Testing as needed any solutions provided by escalated support channels
  • Tracking of all incoming and resolved issues
  • Adhoc training and troubleshooting initiatives as needed
