As an Account Manager, you’ll be part of the Business Operations team and your role is to manage both direct sold and programmatic campaigns, maintaining daily relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs and advertisers.
From strategic consulting for a proposal to billing reconciliation, you will be responsible for the following :
Creating campaigns and optimizing performance using our proprietary server UI.
Traffic and tracking fully testing all line items
Managing and optimizing 1st & 3rd party reporting
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign performance
Also, providing recommendations for revenue optimization - identifying opportunities to increase client upsell, cross-sell, and renewal.
Detailed campaign analysis to ensure advertisers are meeting their performance goals and that revenue opportunities are being maximized
Reconciling all campaigns with first and third party data for final monthly billing
Providing excellent customer service for partners, agencies, and internal business teams
Sending screenshots to agencies
Preparation of performance reports and post-campaign analysis (weekly or monthly)
Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure 100% delivery, including 3rd party servers.
Testing new ad product and providing clear feedback to our creative development team
Support sales for any problems with the delivery and performance of the campaigns.
Participating in Daily / Weekly / Monthly management meetings highlighting monthly performance and analysis
Regular contact with clients (media agencies, TD and direct clients) for tracking and delivery of campaigns, as well as QBR reports and meetings.

Proven experience in trafficking campaigns, including programmatic.
An understanding of how direct and programmatic media buying works including experience / understanding of RTB campaign management, DSP and SSP models, and ad delivery troubleshooting
Account Management / Client Services experience is a must.
Experience in optimizing campaigns within a publisher environment
Experience working with an Order Management System would be ideal
Excellent knowledge of the online Advertising ecosystem, keeping up to date with industry trends and new ad tech)
An avid problem solver, pro-active and a creative thinker
Data driven and advanced in Excel
Experience using Jira or other workflow tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
