As the Technical Leader of our Mobile team, you’ll play an essential role in defining the technical direction of our iOS and Android apps as they continue to evolve.
Your challenges and objectives :
Design and plan architecture redesign through technical analysis.
Ensure your team has a defined technical roadmap and follows best practices throughout.
Improve a highly flexible platform that allows users to customize it through tailored configurations and UI options.
Collaborate with different teams and grow while tackling complex technical challenges in a fun and encouraging work environment.
Your day-to-day activities
Provide guidance for your team’s technical escalations.
Coach team members on code design and technical matters in general.
Participate in technical analysis and refactors on existing code.
Lead code review sessions.
Promote and apply best practices during the entire development process, from the early stages of technical analysis and solution design, to monitoring in production.
About you :
Experience in mobile development and releasing apps for both Android and iOS.
Fluency in native mobile app languages, such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and C++.
Experience leading technical teams is a plus.
Knowledge of Flutter or Dart is valued.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proactive and autonomous.
Great communication skills.
