Purpose The Sr Continuous Improvement Specialist will contribute to developing, implementing and sustaining process improvement initiatives.

We seek a professional who will conduct continuous improvement activities with low-to-medium project cost and risk and activities with well-defined processes for multiple locations.

Key Accountabilities + Directly provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to senior staff.

  • Identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices on current and new process / projects.+ Contribute to developing and handling continuous improvement plans for projects with low-to-medium cost and risk, reaching and sustaining project goals.
  • Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business requirements.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business, finance, engineering, statistics, math, or economics.
  • 2 years experience in driving Lean Six Sigma / Project Management+ English in advance level+ Fundamental training in Project Management+ Good working Skills on MS OfficePreferred Qualifications+ 4 years experience in driving Lean Six Sigma / Project Management+ Green / black belt certification or in the process of obtaining it+ Power Bi / Data Visualization Tools+ Experience : Shared service organizationEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability / Vet.
