This position is VERY hands on; you understand that a good leader is there to support the operations whenever needed.

You understand that the Golden Rule applies everyday to the way you manage people and treating them well and fairly is a direct connection to they will service our guests.

You are innovative and adapt well to change enabling you to drive Room business revenue, reduce costs and increase guest satisfaction.

You have desire to grow with an international luxury hotel company.

You lead with inspiration and create high performing teams with measurable results.

You love organizing, paying attention to details and thrive in multitasking in a very fast paced environment.

You have a mind for business acumen that results in achieving financial goals for the division. Monitoring labor, supplies and operating expenses.

You have the knowledge and experience of running Rooms operations of a hotel by assuring all financial and credit procedures and protocols are followed.

3 years o Management experience in a luxury hospitality environment

You have strong communication skills with a clear understanding of both English and Spanish language.
