Responsibilities :

  • Knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
  • Knowledgeable / willing to learn Environmental Compliance including general management of waste, water, air, chemicals, etc.
  • related to SCI operations.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Help with daily time management to include scheduling EHS meetings, manage calendars, answer phone calls / emails, coordinate EHS events / training and makes travel arrangements as requested.
  • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
  • EHS Document Management, including working with PLM and the QA department for management of controlled documents, records filing, and system management and improvement.
  • Responsible for all EHS supplies including Purchase Requests and all additional requirements through SAP. May need to travel locally to pick up supplies.
  • Other clerical support duties may include filing and data entry.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or sit on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirement such as bending, lifting, stretching and pulling.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma, college, technical coursework, or equivalent with minimum of 3-5 years’ recent work experience in a manufacturing administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar programs.
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
