PLEASE NOTE : THIS IS A CONTRACT / TEMPORARY POSITION Duties + A 360 event management role, leading event logistics across any chosen education programs delivered within your selected market + Working with event agencies to source venues, catering, AV and any other resources needed for the event.
Building out invites, sharing enrollment links and managing RSVP numbers. + Placing material orders, working with Facebook's Trade Operations team and local customs to ensure all material is delivered on time for events.
Working with LATAM Business Education Partners to execute events, from set-up to on-the-ground support, to data analysis of survey & attendance feedback.
Setting up Certification Events, including testing software & internet bandwidth, setting up laptops and proctoring. + Presenting the introduction to our Certification Events, taking attendees through a step by step presentation to get them set-up for the Certification.
Establishing solid relationships with all cross functional partners (internal and external to FB) to ensure a seamless execution of your events, including external event agencies or suppliers, Finance / Procurement, Marketing, Education Partners, Client & Agency Partners, Sales Teams etc.
Maintain the LATAM training calendar, adding and updating training dates to ensure accuracy of event dates / programs within your market + PO and invoice management + Managing our online help-desk, responding to user queries relating the Blueprint platform.
Minimum of 20-30% travel to support LATAM Business Education Events Skills + Experience in 360 event management or training coordination (pre-event planning through to on-the-ground support) + Problem solving / works well under pressure + Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events at multiple stages of planning at once + English language fluency (reading and writing) + Spanish / portuguese will be a plus Education + Analytical profile, experience with reporting + Knowledge of the Facebook Blueprint
