The Customer Experience team’s mission is to lead cross-functional projects to attack our most frequent customer pain points and improve the experience of buying and selling a car with Kavak.
Use an analytical approach to identify the root cause of our most common customer pain points, design improvements in our processes and tools, and implement your suggestions.
You will work closely with the Customer Resolution team who are directly addressing customer cases. Your work to improve our processes will reduce the number of customer cases coming in (the best service is no service) and / or make our agents more effective at quickly resolving incoming cases.
